Applications include power supplies, industrial control equipment, household appliances and consumer electronics.
STE’s SMD safety capacitors received VDE/ENEC approval for surface-mount designs in power supplies, industrial controls, appliances and consumer electronics.
Certificate standards and presentation
The VDE certificate pictured in this story was issued on 19 July 2024. It lists EN IEC 60384-14:2023-03 and states compliance with IEC 60384-14:2023. The presentation event and certificate issue date are recorded separately.
