STE testing center receives CNAS accreditation

The STE testing center has been accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
CNAS is a signatory to the ILAC and APAC mutual recognition arrangements for laboratory accreditation.
STE’s testing center has received laboratory accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), under registration CNAS L24638. The accreditation is based on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and CNAS-CL01.

Accreditation applies to the laboratory’s scope
ISO/IEC 17025 addresses laboratory competence. STE’s accreditation covers the capabilities listed in the certificate annex. Company management-system certification and individual product safety approvals have separate scopes.
CNAS is a signatory to the ILAC and APAC mutual recognition arrangements. Use of a test report depends on the accredited scope, the applicable arrangement and the receiving party’s requirements.
