## About this notice

This notice covers the Gmail sender used by the Songtian AI website notification service. Only the sending account’s owner authorizes this feature. It sends website inquiry alerts and daily summaries to one internal mailbox.

## Google permissions

The service requests permission to send Gmail messages and confirm the authorized account’s email address. The sender is chinachenzeyu@gmail.com and the recipient is yuki@songtian.cn. During authorization, the email address and its verification status are checked to confirm the sender. These permissions do not allow the service to read the inbox, contacts or Google Drive files.

## What the emails contain

Emails include inquiries and explicit contact requests received through the website, plus cross reference activity and AI Assistant conversations in the daily summary. Forms and explicit contact requests trigger immediate alerts; other queries and conversations appear in the daily summary. These messages are for internal review and handling and are not sent in bulk to website visitors. Existing website records remain managed by the website service.

## Keeping the authorization

Authorization credentials are encrypted in a dedicated AWS parameter. The notification service can read only that parameter. The account owner keeps a recovery copy in a local file with restricted permissions, outside OneDrive and iCloud folders. Credentials are excluded from source repositories, synced folders, logs and emails.

## Use of Google data

Account identity information returned by Google is used only to confirm the authorized sender. It is not used for advertising, resale or AI model training. Email content passes through Gmail to the internal recipient listed above.

## Revoke access or contact us

The account owner can revoke Songtian AI access in the third-party connections settings of their Google Account. The service can then no longer send using that authorization; unsent notifications remain in its queue. To request removal of the cloud and local authorization copies, or ask about data use, contact chinachenzeyu@gmail.com.
